T.I. ORDERED TO PAY MORE CHILD SUPPORT

A judge has ordered rapper T.I. to pay more child support to the mother of two of his children after she claimed he wasn’t providing enough money.

The Superior Court judge on Wednesday boosted the megastar’s payment from just over $3,000 to $5,000 a month to LaShon Dixon. The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, at first had voluntarily paid about $2,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9.

T.I., who was originally ordered to pay for the boys to attend private school, is no longer required to make that payment. The judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, also ordered the performer to pay half of the children’s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.

CHRIS BROWN CASE SENT BACK TO POLICE FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office asked police to do more investigative work before a decision is made on whether more charges will be filed in the domestic violence case against singer Chris Brown, according to a spokeswoman for the DA.

The LAPD's chief investigator in case, Detective Deshon Andrews, told CNN he hand-carried his findings to the district attorney Tuesday afternoon.

Prosecutors looked at the files and then asked Andrews for "an additional investigation," DA spokeswoman Jane Robinson said.

Andrews said that to keep photos and documents from leaking to the media, he has kept the case file closely guarded and allowed no copies of the material to be made. Police have refused media requests to hear the 911 call that led to their investigation early Sunday, but Andrews said it mostly recorded the sound of "a screaming woman."

RIHANNA IS RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL

Rihanna has been discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, having been escorted out a back exit of the hospital some time during the night. "They used a decoy to throw off the media," a source close to the investigation into what went down between Rihanna and Chris Brown early Sunday morning tells E! News.

The source says that Rihanna has been reluctant to reveal to investigators specifically what the couple had been arguing about before it turned physical, but the Los Angeles Times is reporting that the Barbados-born singer is cooperating with the authorities' investigation in building a domestic violence case against her boyfriend, the singer Chris Brown.

The source said the 20-year-old performer, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, was providing "ongoing" cooperation to detectives who booked Brown on Sunday on suspicion of making criminal threats against her.

BIG WORM CHARGED WITH FELONY ASSAULT

Actor-comedian Faizon Love has been charged with felony assault for allegedly punching a man outside a West Hollywood hotel. If you are a fan of the first Friday movie, then we all know him as "Big Worm"

Love was booked Monday at the sheriff's station in West Hollywood.

Prosecutors say Love was involved in a verbal altercation outside the Standard Hotel on Jan. 7 that turned violent. He is accused of punching a man twice.

The district attorney's office says the 40-year-old could face up to four years in state prison.

CHRIS BROWN WITNESSED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN HIS OWN HOME.

From an interview in 2007 with Giant Magazine, Chris Brown details how he grew up with domestic violence.

Like the day an 11-year-old Brown made a promise to his mother. He vowed that he would go to jail by age 15 for killing his abusive stepfather. “I just want you to know that I love you,” he told her. “But I’m gonna take a baseball bat one day while you at work, and I’m gonna kill him.” Brown’s parents had separated when he was seven. When his mother remarried, she moved her son and his new stepfather to a trailer park. Then his stepfather shot himself in the head. The shot went straight through the eyes. He survived the suicide attempt but was permanently blinded.

“When you’re blind, your senses are heightened, like your smell, hearing, your sense of touch,” Brown explains. “You can move and maneuver around your sight. But he used to hit my mom….He made me terrified all the time, terrified like I had to pee on myself. I remember one night he made her nose bleed. I was crying and thinking, ‘I’m just gonna go crazy on him one day…’ I hate him to this day.”

UPDATE: RIHANNA HAD SEVERE INJURIES

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Rihanna's injuries were severe -- two "huge contusions" which swelled up on both sides of her forehead. We're told she also suffered "a bloody lip and nose."
One of the law enforcement people put it this way -- the contusions "look like an MMA fighter or something ... [It] looked like she was growing devil's horns."

We've also heard that Rihanna may have suffered bite wounds on one of her legs and arms, however, one source close to the situation tells us he doubts that is the case.

Chris Brown has been booked on a felony criminal threats charge. If the D.A. files the case, domestic violence charges could be added.

Personally, I'm waiting for the entire story to come out because we don't know what Rihanna may have done to him. She could have had him in a headlock and he bit her to get her to loosen the grip. She could have kicked him in the balls. We just never know. I don't think either one of them just started going off on each other. Something MAJOR happened.

USHER'S WIFE TAMEKA FOSTER SUFFERS PLASTIC SURGERY MISHAP IN BRAZIL

Usher’s wife Tameka Foster-Raymond is suffering from plastic-surgery complications in Brazil, and the singer cancelled a Saturday night appearance to travel to her side, according to the New York Daily News.

The R&B singer had been scheduled to perform at the pre-Grammy party hosted by record mogul Clive Davis. Davis announced at the party that Usher’s absence was due to a “serious illness in the family.”

Foster-Raymond gave birth to Usher’s second child in December. In January, she denied rumors that she would replace Deshawn Snow on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Davis’ event was the same high-profile industry party that was attended by Rihanna and Chris Brown, shortly before an alleged incident that led to Brown’s arrest on suspicion of making criminal threats to Rihanna.

Ex-Falcomns Jamal Anderson caught with some serious drugs.

Former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson was released from jail Sunday night following his arrest earlier in the day after an off-duty police officer witnessed him snorting cocaine in the men’s room of a Buckhead bar, Atlanta police said.

Anderson, 36, and Mark Daniel Hudson, 20, both of Duluth, were in the same stall inside the men’s room at Peachtree Tavern about 3 a.m. Sunday, snorting powder cocaine off the toilet tank, police spokesman Otis Redmond said.

“The patron had heard what he thought was sniffing from inside the stall and told the off-duty officer,” Redmond said. “The officer went into the restroom, heard the same sniffing and peered over the stall door. He saw Jamal Anderson and Mark Hudson sniffing two lines of powdered cocaine off the back of the toilet.”

CHRIS BROWN IN A WHOLE HEEP OF TROUBLE

Chris Brown has turned himself into LAPD with an alleged domestic violence charge involving girlfriend Rihanna on Sunday night right before the Grammys.

"Detectives investigating the alleged domestic violence felony battery booked him for criminal threats," a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department said. "At the time the case is presented to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office, additional charges may be filed."

Brown, 19, posted a $50,000 bond and was released by police at 8:35 p.m. (11:35 p.m. ET). A March 5 court date has been set.

Chris Brown and Rihanna were scheduled to perform at the Grammys, but both backed out at the last minute.

"Rihanna is well," her spokesman said in a written statement. "Thank you for concern and support."

Police have not identified the victim. But we all know it is Rihanna.

PRESIDENT OBAMA PUTS THE SMACKDOWNO N CEO PAY

President Obama is cutting the paychecks of all failing banks CEO and executives. Today, President Obama laid out some new rules that any bank that receives government aid will have executive salaries capped at $500,000.

The rules will apply foremost to companies that receive so-called exceptional aid from the government in the future.

The pay rules come amid a fury in Washington over the huge bonuses handed out by Wall Street firms that were on life support before the government stepped in last fall. President Obama and Secretary of Treasurer Tim Geithner saids this is necessary to restore trust in the financial system again.

Erykah Badu gave birth to a baby girl earlier this week and she has confirmed that the name of the baby if Mars Merkaba. The baby daddy is rapper Jay Electronica. They have been together for three years and this is there first child together. Badu has two other children, Seven by rapper and fashion designer Andre Benjamin and Puma whose father is rapper the D.O.C.
