New Music: Lloyd feat. Patti LaBelle "Lay It Down" Part II - A Tribute to the Legends

Following Chris Brown's apology, Raz B had to respond -in a childish tic for tac type way. In a statement to TMZ Raz B writes:

I want to publicly apologize for my direct attacks done out of anger. This is now about taking the right approach, so not only my story can be heard, but so someone learns something valuable. Standing up for yourself does not mean yelling or victimizing others and I sincerely apologize for that.  I was told that 'you can’t hear my message if I’m screaming.

Okay, now that everyone has responded, lets drop this. Children, what did we learn? It's okay to ignore ignorance.  Thank you, and Happy New Year!

That he apologizes. In a statement issued to TMZ, Chris writes:

Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz B, who was bent on getting attention.  Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter. I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone.  Molestation and victims of such acts are not to be taken lightly; and for my comments I apologize -- from the bottom of my heart. I love all of my fans, gay and straight. I have friends from all walks of life and I am committed, with God's help, to continue becoming a better person.

I want to support Chris Brown, I just wish that his publicist would help him to understand that not responding is not punking out.

Jay-Z Sign's X-Factor's Cher Lloyd to RocNation

X-Factor runner-up signs a record deal with RocNation, shocking many after her finale performance with Will.i.Am. It was believed her already having recorded a song with the genius behind the Blackeyed Peas, that Cher would naturally sign with Will.i.Am; however, she made an industry shattering decision to sign with hip hop mogul, Jay-Z. 

A source close to Cher told OK! Magazine: "After weighing up the pros and cons, it was thought that the team at Roc Nation would be best placed to turn her dreams of stardom into a reality."

Will.i.Am is gracious, nonetheless tweeting, after the announcement of her deal with RocNation:

The day after the last xfactor… cher lloyd and I went in the studio and made a mega smasher.

Kanye and Kim Kardashian Video Collaboration?

Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kanye West were spotted showing up at an LA studio on Tuesday.  It's believed that Kim and Kanye were filiming a video together.  Sources have leaked that Hype Williams, he most famous music video director on the planet, spent hours working with Kim and Kanye during a secret closed set shoot.

We know that Kim and The Dream are working on an album together, we also know that Kim and Kanye spent a lot time together while they were in New York, and Kris and Kanye enjoyed the Lakers game together last week.  Could this be Kim's first single, or another video from Kanye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album? Either way, the world is waiting and watching. 

The day of the shoot, Kim tweeted “OMG u guys have no idea what I’m doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!!”

Is Rihanna Going To Be A Host on American X-Factor?

Singer Rihanna may soon turn judge for television talent hunt show ‘The X Factor’. According to reports in the media, the singer had a lovely time with Simon Cowell on the beaches of Barbados and was also inspired to be a part of his television show. Rihanna and Simon Cowell enjoyed a sumptuous Christmas treat on a lovely Barbados beach over the past weekend. While the singer was in the island to spend the holiday with her family, the entrepreneur was there with a group of friends taking a break from work.

However neither Rihanna nor Simon Cowell are prepared to confirm the reports of the singer’s involvement in ‘The X Factor’ when the UK television show sets foot on US soil later next year. Nevertheless, Rihanna has been talking about her meeting with Simon Cowell ever since she dined with him and the media hopes that the beach meeting may soon transpire into a business deal!

Rihanna tweeted about her Sandy Lane beach dinner with Simon Cowell and along with it dropped hints about her participation in the US version of ‘The X Factor’. Reports claims that the singer and the producer talked in length about the new found talents on the show and the latest performances, but just a friendly chat is not what the media would like to believe! All we can do is wait and watch for next year.
