While Big Sister Beyonce was at her hubby's concert, Solange attended the 2012 Runway To Win Launch, a fundraiser event to assist President Barack Obama in his re-election bid, held in the Big Apple. Solange stepped out in a straight off the runway Vera Wang Spring Ready to Wear dress, electric blue heels, and silver clutch.
